Hey there 🙋🏼 thanks for sticking around (even though ive been on and off). Im sharing this cheesy pasta pie with you guys today. Its really nice😍 you can just whip it up at the last minute. (And it looks fancy lol)

You’ll need

1 pack penne pasta

Peas and carrots

Minced meat

2tbsp veg oil

Mozzarella slices

1 small onion

Oregano

Black pepper

Maggi

Garlic

Ginger

Salt

Method

Cook penne pasta and drain.

Add minced meat, onion, peas and carrots, spices, oil and stir fry. Divide into two portions. Layer half at the bottom of a baking tray and top with the pasta (standing position) sprinkle grated mozzarella. Add a layer of minced meat and top with mozzarella slices. Sprinkle oregano and bake.

You can serve it with cold juice or smoothie. (My husband eats it with salad. Such a weird person😂)
